LEGO LEGEND OF ZELDA (YES, IT MIGHT HAPPEN!)

Michael Inglis is a fan of LEGO and video games and has been known to make LEGO models based on Legend of Zelda, Portal, and Final Fantasy (to name a few). 

In February 2012 though, he took it to the next level by submitting his design for a LEGO Legend of Zelda set to LEGO CUUSOO, the official LEGO forum where you can submit your LEGO design ideas. 

By May, Michael had reached the required 10,000 votes and his project will now be reviewed by the jury in September along with all the other projects the surpassed 10,000 votes. If they approve it and can get Nintendo’s blessing, LEGO Legend of Zelda will be sold in stores.

Not only do I hope this gets approved, I also hope this is the first of many more Zelda-themedsets to come and eventually lead up to a LEGO Legend of Zelda video game! In the meantime though, you can check the status of his approval here.
